Salmon Marinades

FiNaLlY Spring has Sprung!
With spring upon us and summer just around the corner it's time to prepare marinades for meats, chicken and fish!
In the spring and summer To The Table creates meals fit for the grill. We focus more on marinaded items that are ready to grill. There are more side dishes available to create healthy, delicious, light meals perfect for a hot summer night.

Spicy Pesto with Rolled Salmon
Tropical Fruit Salsa for Salmon

Our FAVORITE...
Thyme scented Salmon with Tuscan White Bean Salad
Want to test it out? Here is the White Bean Salad recipe:
1 Tbsp. EVOO
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrot
1/2 c. chopped shallots
2 cloves minced garlic
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
1 - 15 oz. can cannellini beans, drained
Heat oil in a skillet and add celery, carrot, shallots and garlic. Cook until tender. Add lemon juice, water, parsley, mint, basil and beans. Cook until heated throughout stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cover until serving time.
